How do I join Gratify Rewards?
Download the Star Buds app from the App Store or Google Play and create your account — it takes about a minute. The app is now the only way to sign up (we no longer offer in-store or website signup), and it's the best way too: you'll start with a $5 credit just for joining.
I already have an account — what do I do?
Just download the app and log in with the same email and password you use on starbudscolorado.com. There's nothing to transfer — your points, rewards, and order history are already there, and you'll get a $5 credit just for downloading. Once you're in, you can favorite products, reorder past purchases in a tap, and use express pickup.
What's the sign-up bonus?
It's a $5 credit. New members get a $5 credit when they join in the app, and current members get a $5 credit just for downloading. Either way it lands right in your account — apply it toward anything on your next visit.
How do I earn points?
You earn points on every purchase — up to 10% back in rewards — automatically at checkout, in store or in the app. No scanning, no extra steps. You can also earn bonus points through Achievements, Missions, punch cards, and by referring friends.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Redeem right in the app, or tell your budtender at checkout. The ladder: 100 pts = $5 credit, 250 pts = $10 credit + a joint, 500 pts = $50 credit, 750 pts = $75 credit, 1,000 pts = $100 credit + a 1/8th of flower or 1g concentrate (manager's choice of brand & strain) — or keep stacking toward the grand prize.
How do referrals work?
Share your referral from the app. For every friend who joins, you earn $10 in credit — with no cap on how many friends you can refer.
What are Achievements and Missions?
Achievements are milestones you unlock as you shop, moving you up tiers (Starter, Mid, Elite) and earning bonus points. Missions are rotating challenges that refresh regularly — complete the current one for an extra points boost. Both live on your Rewards tab.
Can I earn and redeem at any Star Buds?

What is the birthday reward?

Do my points expire?
Your points stay active as long as your account has at least one purchase within 12 months at any Star Buds. Accounts inactive for over 12 months may have points expire.
